Deer Park is a knock out venue for decadent parties. The Main Lounge boasts huge windows that let the light stream in. There’s a panoramic garden view and a huge hand carved fireplace, flamboyant wallpaper, wooden floorboards and pastel sofas. The neighbouring drawing room provides a contrast with it’s antique furniture and hand-picked pieces of art while the garden rooms bring the outdoors in.
Surrounding the house are wild flower meadows, woodland, secret gardens, the vegetable gardens all perfect backdrops for beautiful Wedding photos.
The website says : “Take the House. Have a party. Do whatever you like.” The staff here really are so accommodating and relaxed. Nothing is too much trouble!
I’ve been lucky enough to do several weddings at Deer Park Country House including Lucy and Charlie and Jenna and George.
