Eric and Omah

The latest additions to my family couldn’t be more different to each other.  We have Omah, the stunning, 15.3 arab horse and Eric, a tiny, shaggy fell pony who is just 1 year old.  Horses are herd animals and don’t like being on their own so Eric is a companion pony for Omah.

Eric’s Mum was rescued by The Quantock Trekking Centre in West Bagborough but no one knew she was pregnant. Eric is the result and he’s a really brave little pony. He went in his first lorry recently (Quantock Transport) and walked straight up the ramp -  and since he and Omah have been together there hasn’t been any politics at all! We love him already!

Equine Photography

Recently I had a great workshop with Equine specialist Emily Hancock in the New Forest with Midge and two of her stunning horses. The time sped by and Emily gave me invaluable information on what works with pony and horse portraits. I am now taking bookings for September/Octorber for Equine shoots –

The first person to book me will receive a complimentary 10"×8" bespoke print.
For bookings please call Emily Fairweather Photography on 01984 667 281 or 07958763029 or email
